Introduction

The Executive Clinic is located at the first floor of the phase one building, the clinic is designed to provide Executive and quality healthcare services to the client attending the clinic.

The clinic is under the leadership of EMD physician, and runs all days of the week from 8AM to 4PM during weekdays and 8AM to 2PM during weekends.

The well trained, experienced and specialised Doctors, Nurses and other staff will be serving one patient at a time focusing on individual needs.

Our clinic is Equipped with Modern equipment, electronic health records and designed to support patient and their familes, the clinic has two Consultation rooms,procedure room, two waiting rooms, one observatoon room and washrooms. Our waiting bay are equipped with entertainments and refreshments with the ambience that allows you to continue with your work or wait with patience the next steps.

The clinic is offering the safest, highest-quality, most-satisfying care possible, and committed to ensuring you a very quick recovery.

1.     For the patient who may require Day surgery, Cardiac evaluation or admission will be escorted and served per prescribed and outlined service pathway of such unitis

2.     The patient waiting for any upcoming service will be asked to seat in the waiting rooms, served with a number of refreshments as per patient's preferences and Doctors Recommendations.

3.     While at the waiting room or reception each patient will be handled a patient information guide fliers that aim at explaining the service pathway and what to expect.

5.     For the purpose of continuous service and quality improvement, the patient will asked to provide feedback, by filling a short survey, explaining how much the hospital met his or her expectations. The patient are asked to provide voluntary feedback on their experiences at the hospital.
