FAST TRACK CLINIC

Introduction

The Fast Track Clinic is located at the 2nd floor of the phase one building, the clinic is designed to provide Fast, reliable and quality healthcare services to the client attending the clinic.

The clinic is under the Leadership of Dr. SAGUDA and Sr. NDOSI, and runs all days of the week from 8AM to 03:30PM on weekdays and 8AM to 2PM on weekends .

The well trained, experienced and specialised Doctors, Nurses and other staff will be serving one patient at a time focusing on individual needs.

Our clinic is Equipped with Modern equipment, electronic health records and designed to support patient and their familes, the clinic has four Consultation rooms, One Observation room, one lounge, Phlebotomy room(Lab), Pharmacy and Ultrasound room, Our waiting bay are equipped with Large Tv that helps with daily Health education on Various matters.

The clinic is offering the safest, highest-quality, most-satisfying care possible, and committed to ensuring you a very quick recovery.

 

1.     For the patient who may require Day surgery, Cardiac evaluation or admission will be escorted and served per prescribed and outlined service pathway of such unitis

2.     The patient waiting for any upcoming service will be encouraged to seat and wait at the waiting bay.

3.     While at the waiting bay each patient will be handled a patient information guide fliers that aim at explaining the service pathway and what to expect.

5.     For the purpose of continuous service and quality improvement, the patient will asked to provide feedback, by filling a short survey, explaining how much the hospital has met his or her expectations. The patients are asked to provide voluntary feedback on their experiences at the hospital.
